2. When refunds may be available
Solveworthy may issue a refund if a problem is rejected, cancelled, removed, unsuitable for solution work, affected by fraud or abuse, or if no credible person or team is approved within a reasonable review period.
3. When refunds may be limited
Refunds may be limited or unavailable after funds have been committed to approved solution work, released to a person or team, allocated to milestones, used for platform/admin costs, affected by payment processor limits, or involved in a dispute or chargeback.
4. Fees and deductions
Payment processing fees, platform fees, administrative costs, chargeback costs, dispute costs, tax/accounting costs, and other non-recoverable costs may reduce the amount available for refund where legally permitted.
5. Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
Solveworthy may deny, delay, investigate, reverse, or partially refund payments connected to suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate activity, abusive behavior, payment disputes, chargebacks, or violations of platform rules.
